Sadly I must start off by telling you that everything in this Blog is a suggestion and if it fails I cannot be held accountable for these suggestions failing to remove the stain. They work and I have tried them myself. Oh and I should add, no I was not paid for writing this blog at all. This is my free time spent on putting the word out there.
Moving on What am I talking about? The Biggest Secret? "Whatever woman you are a joke." I am sure you are thinking that. Well no. This is the Number ONE Thing you should own in your home. If you don't, well don't say you were not warned. Yes in the garage your spouse may have it for cleaning up the spills and messes out there but why don't you have one in the house for the very day spills? Caught on yet? Wet/Dry vacuum cleaner. The trusty Shop-Vac. More and more people should have these as they are what you need to get rid of Mold also but we will get into mold removal another time.
Our trusty Wet/Dry Vac can be used to quickly suck up the spills, reducing the on set of the stain and it spreading, this depends greatly on your speed at getting it out of course. But even more importantly you can repeatedly flush the area with water and suck the water out to reduce the stain before it even starts to set in. This is much more efficient than the blotting with a cloth and no as likely to damage the carpet you are trying to protect.
